Booking Terms and Conditions
- Occupation of the Ard Na Still will be from 5pm on the first day of let. Ard Na Still must be vacated by 9am on the last day of the let, unreasonably late departures will be charged for at the agreed daily rate.
- The hirer warrants that the property let is to be used for the purpose of a holiday and so accepts that the letting is a holiday let to which Section 12(2) and paragraph 8 of schedule 4 of the Housing (Scotland ) Act 1988 apply, namely “a tenancy the purpose of which is to confer on the tenant the right to occupy the house for a holiday”
- The hirer shall not sub-let the premises or any part thereof.
- The number of people occupying the premises shall not exceed 6.
- The charges for Ard Na Still are inclusive of electricity charges. During the months of October to March the owner reserves the right to levy an additional charge of £30 per week for electricity.
- To book Ard Na Still we require a non-refundable deposit of £25. The final payment must be received within 10 weeks of your holiday.
- Cancellation. There is a non refundable deposit of £25, this is non-refundable for any reason after a booking has been made.
- The house upon arrival will be clean and tidy, and tenants are requested to leave it in a like fashion. Additional charges may be incurred if the property is left unreasonably dirty.
- With regards to any breakages loss or damage, tenants should report any deficiency which they notice upon arrival, and any which occurs during their visit.
- A maximum of one dog is allowed by prior arrangement at an additional charge of £25 per week.
- We request that tenants do not smoke in Ard Na Still.
- Guests will be provided with one set of linen and towels per booking. A charge will be made for additional sets.
- Please note that all bookings are provisional until confirmed and that upon confirmation the deposit is due immediately.
- Booking dates shall be released if payment is not received within four working days of due date.
